1. Introduction
Welcome to Bunkd, a digital food ordering platform operated by Bunkd Campus Solutions (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-AP-10-0131875), located at 9-13-15/1(6), Sri Vigneswara Nilayam, New Resapuvanipalem, Sai Ganesh Temple Road, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
By accessing or using our platform at bunkd.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Bunkd web application accessible at bunkd.in.
- "User" or "Student" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
- "Vendor" refers to campus canteen stalls that list their menu on the Platform.
- "Order" refers to a food purchase request placed by a User through the Platform.
3. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by students, staff, and authorized personnel of your respective university campus. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Services
Bunkd provides a digital interface for Users to browse campus canteen menus, place food orders, and make payments. All food items are prepared and served by independent Vendors operating within the university campus. Bunkd acts solely as an intermediary platform.
5. Orders & Payments
- All orders placed through the Platform are confirmed upon successful payment.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (UPI/PhonePe).
- Prices displayed on the Platform are set by the respective Vendors and include applicable taxes.
- Bunkd reserves the right to charge a platform/convenience fee, which will be clearly displayed before payment.
6. Order Cancellation
Users may not cancel an order once it has been confirmed and accepted by the Vendor. If a Vendor is unable to fulfill an order, the User will be notified and a full refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate phone number and contact information during registration.
- Collect orders promptly from the designated pick-up counter.
- Do not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
- Do not share account credentials with others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Bunkd Campus Solutions and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bunkd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to food quality issues, allergic reactions, or delivery delays. The Vendor is solely responsible for the quality and safety of food items.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
